How are we measuring success of achieving aims and objectives for Myco solutions?
The success has thus
far been measured by rating ourselves and being open and honest to each other
about the good and the points we could improve on. These informal chats have
been very efficient and allowed us not to be afraid of constructively
criticizing particular sections of mini-parts of the task. This has enabled us
to motivate each other and has really helped all members overcome maybe a fear
of saying negative things about each other which need to be said so that the
project can stay on track. Peer
assessment forms have allowed us to measure not the activities but the way team
members have developed and these have always been open when talking to each
other about the reasons why we commented in the way we did. We have a Facebook
and a dropbox so as a group we know when and who completed a mini-task. This
has allowed us and motivated us to be punctual and be efficient in completing
tasks for the project. We are meeting with our Business owner week commencing
Monday 13th and this meeting will specifically be aimed at how we
have done so far and what we need to do or further develop over the coming
months to enable this project to continue to be and finish a complete success.
Aims and Objectives
The aims of our projects is to identify the
main marketing strategy concepts as to
support the Myco Solutions to find out
how we can add value to the development of the broken basmati rice used for the
organic growth of exotic mushrooms. And
to help the company in marketing the product specifically, focusing on
investigating new sustainable substrates for the production of exotic
mushrooms. Also to spread the knowledge that we have gained through this
project to younger generations, by teaching and aiding their development.
